By downloading, accessing, or using the OverKill App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Educational Use and Content

The study materials, PDFs, and notes provided within the app (in "The Vault") are for educational and non-commercial purposes only. We do not claim ownership of official board examination papers.

3. Community Guidelines

The OverKill Doubt Forum and Silent Co-Working rooms are strictly for studying. Any user found harassing others, posting irrelevant content, or spamming will face an immediate, permanent ban. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for toxicity.

4. Use of Device Permissions

The app requires certain permissions, including the AccessibilityService API for our App Blocker feature, to function correctly. By using the app, you consent to these permissions as explicitly described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties.
